BMI / BMR / TDEE Calculator

Estimate your body mass index (BMI), basal metabolic rate (BMR), and total daily energy expenditure (TDEE). Choose units, a BMR formula, and an activity level to get maintenance and goal calorie targets.

Formulas

  • Mifflin–St Jeor: Uses sex, age, height, and weight. Good general-purpose estimate.
  • Katch–McArdle: Uses lean body mass from body fat %. Often better for trained individuals.

Notes

  • These are estimates for planning and comparison, not medical advice.
  • BMI classification follows standard WHO ranges.
  • TDEE is BMR multiplied by an activity factor.
